I am glad that we have our Sister, Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, the Princess Royal.

She is our Elizabeth III, so very lovely!

My Brother, Andrew York Windsor or His Royal Highness Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom and I, used to sit in a stall in our barn at Balmoral Estate when we were little and guarding all her prized horses, We hid from Princes Charles looking for little Mary! He thought Andrew was marauding the young Princess of Wales, but We were really taking cover from being so young and having such greatness put upon us!

What is a lie? What is a trvth?

Oh, the wisdom of trvth!

  1. You have to recognize when someone is lying to you, including you lying to yourself.
  2. A lie is basically a non-negotiable check (if you're observant, the check usually says, NON-NEGOTIABLE). What lie you are told depends on what the liar wants from you at the time.
  3. You have to say to the liar, "That is true, and sounds right, but that still doesn't make me give you what you want from me, because you haven't earned what I have, and you have enough, so why do you want money from me? Or, "Shut up, Larry, and go get a wife!"
  4. "Follow your dreams, because they sure as hell won't follow you!" -- Richard Lewis, American Comedian.
  5. A good formal education is not replaced by life experience, is not superseded by life experience, nor is life experience incomparable to a formal education.
  6. A formal education just teaches you: 1) How to learn, and 2) that you can learn by yourself what you think is spoon-fed to other people, and 3) Pink Floyd's "The Wall" tells you that you should get a formal education early, because a formal education warps your brain and trains your mind to focus like a machine on activities that may or may not be appropriate once you have had the life experience that tells you which activities you should focus your mind on.
  7. People with extensive business and professional experience, it shows, but in ways that you may not think or know.
  8. A management consultant manages your expectations but delivers more in business than his client expects.
  9. That you are there for your friends and colleagues and clients throughout their life is a fiduciary responsibility of change management consulting.
Mary knows these tenets from business school, where they studied Harvard Business School cases, and from formal company training and professional practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG Peat Marwick, Pacific Bell, Pacific Gas & Electric, Charles Schwab & Co., Oracle Corporation, Clarify, Inc., and Sybase, Inc., where she was a change management consultant in high technology.

That we have to have this chair in our offices to spare our backs from computer work is really, really good!

We had these chairs at ISL Consulting, all of us, and made for a great team with no back problems! My colleague at Epicentric, Inc. had to buy her own. They cost much less than they used to when they were first available on the market as task chairs.

We in San Francisco take our food seriously so we don't die of 1) E. Coli poisoning, and 2) a bad diet consisting of saturated fat, food additives and artificial food coloring, and preservatives (in other words, multisyllabic words for food that we can't pronounce and don't now the definition for unless we consult a chemical compound dictionary, or our Dad, the UIUC Chemistry Professor.)

A foodie is one who is: 1) educated about the source(s) of food, how it's made, if it's economically and environmentally sustainable and fair trade to its producers, and 2) if the food is healthy for the consumer as well as the consumed, and 3) whether it tastes good and is the "best of breed or brand" for the food, in other words, is this the best, healthiest, and most delicious food, and also authentic that we can find, and is this food fun for me to eat, or am I just hungry and any acceptable food for my mindfulness and health in the long run will do?

Mum told me from the womb that there'd be days like these!

Occasionally, I'm sporty. The rest of time time, I just don't care, and you don't even know it!

Some of my friends need to take a chill pill. I call it "Midil IV for guys and gals!" Mum and I have been through these before and have kept our men in our midst, thank you! Who's to say is the crazier Bitch than the two of us?

I think that HRH King George VII looks good in His polo outfit, and also his Scottish Highlands one, which He is glad to demonstrate to me! (That is the English man's way of flirting with his Welsh homemaker.)
